Candidates - Sublity API

A Candidate is one organization's record of a person. It belongs to that organization and to no one else.

If you send the same person to two different customers, two separate Candidate records exist — one in each account. They are not linked from your side, and neither customer can see the other's copy. That is deliberate: the platform treats a person's information as theirs, shared only with the organizations they actually dealt with.

So "have I already sent this person?" is always a question about one customer's account, never about the platform as a whole.
